How the Counter Cache™ Works
Step 1 - The Counter Cache™ unit is placed out of sight of customers, usually under the counter. The employee behind the counter deposits bills, usually the large bills, into the unit by dropping the money in and pulling back on the red lever. The money becomes safely sealed in the cashbox located inside the steel unit.
Step 2 - The owner or manager collects the money using a special key plate that removes the cashbox from the Counter Cache
Step 3 - Once the Counter Cache cashbox is removed, the manager must first break the red tab shown here at the back of the cashbox.
Step 4 - The red tab being removed, the cash is now available for counting and deposit - safe and secure from any type of internal or external theft.
